Bucket of Bones

You will never guess where Pinky found these tiny mice bones. On his mission to deliver holy cows to South Carolina for Miss Love, he stopped in Sparta, Tennessee ( he had always heard this his family's ancestral homesite). He found the grave of his great-great-great grandfather whom he was named after. Thomas Hampton Fancher was born in 1799 and was buried in the Old Zion Cemetery near Sparta. After Pinky communed with the spirits, he noticed a huge gnarly tree that must have been there when his ancestors were alive. Around the base were tiny burrows--deep and dark into the roots of the tree. Scattered around these holes were 100's of tiny mouse bones, mainly jaws and skulls. Pinky spent at least an hour gathering these in his little pink bucket, thinking of how many mice had met their maker at this tree of death over the last 150 years. (More about his adventures soon.)
